Los Angeles Kings, American professional ice hockey team based in Los Angeles that plays in the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Kings have won two Stanley Cup titles (2012 and 2014) and three conference championships (1993, 2012, and 2014). The Kings were one of the expansion teams that the NHL added to its so-called “Original Six” in 1967.
