Ciudad Delicias

Ciudad Delicias, city, east-central Chihuahua estado (state), north-central Mexico, located southeast of Chihuahua city, the state capital, and near the San Pedro River. It is a commercial and manufacturing centre for an irrigated agricultural area. Cotton, wheat, and wine grapes are the principal crops in the vicinity. The city contains cotton mills. The major highway and railroad linking Ciudad Juárez and Mexico City pass through Ciudad Delicias. Pop. (2010) 118,071; (2020) 128,548.
